WHERE LIFE MEETS THE BIBLE

We here at First Baptist Church are honored by your interest in our Church.  For over 185 years we have been seeking to faithfully teach the Word of God and apply it to the issues of our day. In so doing, our pursuits are two-fold. First, to share the good news of forgiveness through Jesus Christ to those in our community and around the world. Second, is to "equip the saints for the work of the ministry."

If you are visiting in central New York, please feel free to join us in one of our services. If you are new to the area or are looking for a Bible believing, Bible teaching Church we hope that you will "check us out." Through the careful exposition of the Word of God and the demonstration of the love of Christ, we believe we have much to offer.
